As I’m sure you’ve noticed, I’m a big fan of pizza.
Big. Big. Fan.
But this, my friends, is the pizza recipe to top all pizza recipes. How? Well, what makes any meal better?
Dessert. Lots of dessert. Preferably with chocolate.
Everything glorious about a pizza with everything delicious of s’more. It’s like heaven in your oven.
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
1 cup warm water
1 cup of flour
1-2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 packet of yeast
2-3 cups mini marshmallows
Here’s what you’re gonna do:
Combine the warm water, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes to allow the yeast to bloom.
Next, add the flour and graham cracker crumbs a little bit at a time and knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set aside for a few hours to rise. The dough should double in size.
When you are ready to cook your pizza, remove the dough from the bowl and flour a cutting board big enough to roll the dough out on. Go ahead and pre heat your oven and pizza stone to 400 degrees.
Roll the dough to desired thickness…or thinness and place it on your pizza stone (or pan).
Bake the crust about 8 minutes- until slightly golden and puffy.
Top with the mini marshmallows and bake for another 3-5 minutes until the dough is cooked and the marshmallows are toasted.
Remove from the oven and top with the mini chocolate chips and a few crumbled graham crackers.
All that’s left to do is slice and enjoy!
