  • Medallions on a bed of arugula and caramelized peach
  • Ribs with barbecue sauce
  • Pork knuckle
  • Pork neck flambéed with potatoes and mushrooms

VEAL

  • Wellington steak
  • Veal suet with hollandaise sauce
  • T-bone with cherry tomatoes
  • Tomahawk with grilled vegetables

The price of the intensive includes all products, consumables and necessary equipment.
