In this basic course, we don’t just teach recipes, we break down each dish and process on a chemical level, which allows you to cook any dish with certain skills.

- Module 6: Fish: instructions for use;
- Module 7: Seafood: instructions for use;
- Module 8: Presenting a dish as a separate art form.
