The course program
Module 1: Regional French cuisine
You will learn how the French managed to create their unique cuisine and become an icon of world cooking by successfully combining simple ingredients, revealing flavors, and systematizing cooking techniques.
Module 2. Mediterranean cuisine – part 1 (Italy)
You will learn what products Mediterranean cuisine is based on and what makes Italian cuisine unique. Pasta, antipasti, risotto, tiramisu – all these Italian dishes are very popular in our country, but are they really cooked according to authentic, classic recipes?
Module 3: Mediterranean cuisine – part 2 (Spain)
Learn where the tradition of cooking tapas came from and why the Spaniards are considered one of the most communicative nations in the world.
Module 4. Oriental cuisine – part 1 (India)
Learn what spices India has given to world cuisine and why its role in the development of other cuisines is so important.
Module 6: American cuisine (USA)
Find out if it is true that the United States does not have its own authentic cuisine. You will cook 5 classic American dishes and learn the history of each of them.
Module 7: Oriental cuisine – part 2 (Thailand)
Learn how Thai cuisine is similar and different from other traditional oriental cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, etc.).
Module 8: Latin American cuisine (Mexico)
Learn more about Mexican culture and the variety of products (fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood) used in Mexican cuisine.
