Welcome back, Sweetie!
As I’m sure you are well aware, the holidays are fast approaching. Which means if you don’t already, you will soon have a calendar full of dinners, parties and scarf/ornament/excuse-to-drink-wine swaps…. and guess what?!
People like to eat at those things.
More importantly…people like to eat dessert at those things.
So where are you going to find the time to whip up something delicious that feels special enough for all those holiday festivities?!
Ok, so you won’t “technically” find extra hours just laying around here, but you will learn how to make a super fancy feeling dessert that takes about 5 minutes to whip up.
And bonus, there’s booze in it so even if you mess up, your friends will be too drunk to care!
Actually there’s only a little alcohol in these so they probably won’t get drunk…just make sure they have a few drinks with dinner.
Or, you know, don’t mess it up. 😉
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
1 container Cool Whip
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
Raspberries for garnish
Here’s what you’re gonna do:
Stir the pudding mix and raspberry liqueur until there are no lumps.
Gently fold in the cool whip until combined.
Fill a gallon Ziploc bag, cut a hole in the corner and pipe unto a martini glass (or spoon into desired serving dish) and top with raspberries!
Pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes and they are ready to serve when you are!
Doesn’t get much easier than that, does it?
