Hey there, sweetie!
This recipe is a staple in our house. If I serve a salad, I serve this dressing along side it.
And I have a feeling that once you try it for yourself, you will too!
What makes me so confident?
Well, first of all, this recipe is super-dee-duper easy. Just measure, shake and serve.
It’s almost as easy as pulling a store bought bottle from your fridge, but it has WAY more flavor and you can make it for a fraction of the cost.
And on top of all of that, you probably already keep everything you need for this dressing in your pantry!
So the next time you run out of dressing between grocery visits, or discover your bottled dressing expired last week just as you’re bringing it to the table for dinner, have no fear!
This recipe has your back.
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
1 clove of chopped garlic (I use the pre-chopped, jarred garlic for this and it tastes just as good as fresh)
pinch of salt and pepper
Here’s what you’re gonna do:
Add all ingredients to a seal-able container,
Shake, shake, shake until everything is nice and combined.
All done! Serve with your favorite salad or some yummy baked chicken fingers!
