mexican grilled pizza
Keep it Simple, Sweetie:
  • Pizza Dough
  • 4 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • A handful of cilantro
  • 1 package shredded pepper jack cheese (or pizza blend if you prefer)
  • 1 chicken breast, diced small
  • About 1 cup of salsa, depending on how much "sauce" you like
  1. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken until covered.
  2. Sauté the chicken over medium heat until cooked through and set aside. Heat up your grill.
  3. Once your grill is nice and hot, roll out the dough and throw it on.
  4. Flip your dough and spread the salsa as a "pizza sauce".
  5. Top your pizza with the cheese, onions, and chicken.
  6. Close the grill and let pizza cook for 3- 5 minutes, until the cheese melts. Just keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
  7. Once the cheese is melted, remove from grill and top with sliced avocado and cilantro.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
