Broiled Honey Mustard Green Beans
Keep it Simple, Sweetie:
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey mustard vinaigrette
  • grape tomatoes (for garnish)
  1. Pre-heat your broiler.
  2. Wash and cut the ends of off your green beans.
  3. Line a pan with foil (not necessary, but it helps with clean up), spread the green beans on the pan and toss with olive oil until coated and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Broil for 5-10 minutes, checking every 2-3 minutes to make sure the beans aren't burning,
  5. Once the beans get slightly charred on one side, flip or stir them up so the other side gets some color as well.
  6. Once they look nice and crispy, remove the beans from the broiler and toss them with the honey mustard vinaigrette.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
