Parmesan Pesto Croissants
Keep it Simple, Sweetie:
  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix the pesto and cream cheese together and unroll the croissant dough.
  3. Spread the pesto mixture evenly on each of the croissants and sprinkle half of the parm cheese on top.
  4. Roll the croissants so they look like…croissants.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and a pinch of salt on top of each croissants and move to a greased pan. I like to use a silicon mat to ensure that there will be no sticking.
  6. I also like to add the cheese before moving the croissants to a pan so there are no cheese stragglers on the pan to burn.
  7. Bake the croissants for about 10 minutes, or according to package instructions.
  8. While the croissants are cooking, warm up some marinara sauce for dipping.
  9. And, viola! I give you delicious, cheesy, easy pesto parmesan croissants!
