light and healthy key lime "pies"
 
 
Keep it Simple, Sweetie:
Ingredients
  • 1 container key lime greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whipped cream (store bought is fine, but I whip my own to eliminate the added sugar, you won't miss it with the yogurt)
  • 1 graham cracker, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice, and zest of the same lime
Instructions
  1. Combine the yogurt, lime juice and whipped cream.
  2. Place the crushed graham cracker at the bottom of a dessert dish.
  3. Top with yogurt mixture and add lime zest.
