peanut butter potato chip fudge
Keep it Simple, Sweetie:
  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed (or just use the bottom of the bag)
  1. Melt the butter and peanut butter over low heat stir until combined. Remove from heat.
  2. Once the peanut butter and butter have cooled mix in the powdered sugar. It's ok if its a little stiff.
  3. Line a baking dish with cling wrap and spray with cooking spray. Press the fudge into the dish until even and smooth.
  4. Top with the potato chips and smoosh (yes, smoosh) into the fudge- I put a baking dish of the same size on top of the fudge for a few hours to ensure the chips are nice and stuck.
  5. Remove the fudge from the dish by lifting out the cling wrap and cut into bite size pieces.
  6. Enjoy your sweet and salty treat!
